Two divorced guys, Mathias (Vincent Lindon) and Antoine (Pascal Elbe), become a modern-day odd couple when they move in together in London, along with their two kids.
But while establishing house rules is easy, handling relationships with the opposite sex is another matter! Domestic bliss is jeopardized when Mathias falls for the charms of Audrey (Virginie Ledoyen), another French ex-pat living in London.
Best selling French author Marc Levy's first book, If Only it Were True was turned into the Hollywood romantic comedy Just Like Heaven, starring Reese Witherspoon and Marc Rufallo.
My Friends, My Loves is the first time Levy's work has been turned into a French film. The director is the author's sister, Lorraine Levy, whose directorial debut was the warmly-received The First Time I Was 20.
