Just Because You’re Paranoid
A kindly counsellor seeks to help Derek overcome his persecution neurosis. He seems to be making progress but once we see how Derek earns a living, perhaps his belief that they are out to get him may not be so far fetched. Dir: Thomas Grove Carter 5:30

Lobster Club
A man snorkeling on holiday, is beckoned by a crustacean into a dark cave and emerges into a smart night club populated entirely by – lobsters. He eats, drinks and is merry, but then there’s the bill to pay ... Dir: Milo Waterfield 6:00

Wayfaring Stranger
When Bobby leaves prison he is dismayed to be met by his estranged ‘roadie’ father who thinks of himself as another Johnny Cash and who expects Bobby to compere his evening gig. Bobby uses the occasion in the bawdy pub environment to jokingly point to how he and his Dad have wasted their lives. He realises it is his cue to move on. Dir: Richard West 10:45.

Thorns and Silk
You’re a woman living on the Left Bank. Which would you prefer; a ‘silky’ life of female submission or grasping the thorns of a career? There are strict rules for what women can do in Arab and Israeli communities but with determination, these can circumvented. Dir: Paulina Tervo 13:00

Last Breath (18)
A group of people arrive at a lake to go scuba diving; but when the divers surface, they find the air has become highly toxic inducing murderous behaviour. The only hope of survival is to breathe from the oxygen cylinders, which are running low. At least there are further supplies at the stores… Dir: David Jackson 10:30

Curfew
When Shaun falls for Layle, a girl from the River Boys gang it sparks a feud between Shaun’s gang and Lalye’s. Hostilities reach a point until tragedy brings the gangs’ rivalry to an end. Dir: Kate Aidley 14:30

Dead Hungry
A group of zombies prowl through a forest in search of human flesh to keep body – such as it is – and soul together. Vacationers in a log cabin should make a perfect supper. But they’re not in the mood to cooperate. Soon heads are rolling – and much else besides! Dir: William Bridges 10:12

Touched by a Stranger
A man picks up a prostitute, fondles and makes clumsy love to her. As the woman later returns to the bleak tenement block where she lives, the same man follows her into the stairwell of the building. She is terrified, but things are not always what they seem. Dir: Derek Boyes 9:00

Peckish
In the tradition of Arsenic and Old Lace, two charming elderly ladies share with us their penchant for unusual culinary appetizers. Dir: Ewan Kilgour 4:30
